Saady Pump industries co, "SPICO" has been active in manufacturing and business in the field of all kinds of industrial and agricultural pumps and spare parts compatible with management standard ISO-9001-2008 for more than 28 years and already has 60 agents and 95 after sale centers allover Iran.

Considering SPICO observes the management standard ISO-9001-2008 and also applies international standards such as BS-EN ISO 9906, EN 60335-2-41 and  EN 60335-1 which are compatible with Iranian national standards of ISIRI 1562-1 and ISIRI 1562-2-41 has been manufactured, supplied and distributed submersible, sewage and drainage pumps and their related control panels in Iran and neighbor countries.

Above mentioned pumps, with capability of being submerge, have been designed and produced with class F insulation and class IP68 protection and have been considered for high efficiency and effective delivery in different heads. Their main components have been produced of cast iron, aluminum, bronze and stainless steel and other components such as winding stators and rotors, capacitors, mechanical seals, spring washers, rubber cables have been supplied from Italian companies respectivley Metra s.p.a, Ducati s.p.a, Umbra s.p.a, Filomatic s.p.a, Ariston Cavi s.p.a, Aqua s.p.a and their ballbearings has been supplied from Japanese company NUCHI and necessary screws and shafts has been made of stainless steel.

One of unique features of SPICO products is that porosity impregnation and sealing process has been done over all main parts with a special autoclave machine at 4 mbar vacuum by using specific resin made by ULTRA SEAL- England. Meanwhile, all of aluminum and cast iron parts have been made of special alloy and resistant cast iron ductile GGG40 and before painting, the degreasing and acid dipping process has been fulfilled inside suitable pond for good resistance against corrosion and erosion.

SPICO, as a sole agent of some Italian, Danish and Chinese companies such as Ircem, DAB, Grundfos, Changfa and SPC has the honor of importing various types of industrial and agricultural pumps, particularly specialized pumps, booster pumps, sewage pumps, submersible pumps and magnetic and DC  pumps. 

SPICO is importing spare parts relating to production of pumps and electromotor as a sole agent of some companies like Metra s.p.a, Ducati s.p.a, Umbra s.p.a, Filomatic s.p.a, Ariston Cavi s.p.a and Aqua s.p.a, by this work, not only use these parts in its production line, but also supply the necessary parts of other electromotor and electro pump manufacturing companies .
